Before it was founded, 35-year-old veteran home technician and owner Reid Brown saw a real need to provide homeowners accurate information and tips for purchasing and maintaining their garbage disposals.

“I had customers who called me for repairs which could easily be avoided if they had known how to properly care for and maintain their disposals with very minimal effort. For most people, their disposals would be clogged because they were putting things inside that shouldn’t go down the sink,” said Brown.
